How can I contact you?

If you need to get in touch with us you can email us via: contact@perezinternational.co and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm (AEST) Monday – Friday.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Afterpay.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order is dispatched you will receive a email or text message containing your orders tracking information.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, has my order been accepted?

Sometimes our emails are filed in our customers spam/junk inbox, if you haven’t received an order confirmation to your main inbox then please check your other inboxes. If the order confirmation has not been received, please contact us and we will be happy to tell you the status of your order.

I need to return my order; how do I arrange this?

We hope you love your purchase from Perez. We do however offer exchanges and refunds on any full price item according to our ‘Returns / Exchanges Policy.’ To qualify for an exchange or full refund your item/s must be received by us within 14 days from delivery. We display any promotional codes and vouchers through our website and social media channels. If the promotion or voucher is not seen on any of our platforms, it won’t be valid.
